Specialty diver;
There are many specialty programs available at every certificate level for those divers who are looking to expand their underwater experience. Due to these specialty programs, you can specialize in the fields of your interest. Moreover, you can expand your theoretical and practical knowledge on many important issues that will help you and other divers during your dives.
Specialty diver has completed the programs provided by authorized diving organizations in the education system of the Federation and has acquired a Specialty diver certificate accordingly. The authority and responsibility coming with each specialty are included in the course materials of each specialty program. Divers with a deep diving certificate can dive with equipment up to a maximum depth of 40 meters. With the air prepared by adjusting the oxygen ratio in the air to be used in nitrox dives (maximum 40% – EAN40), dives with equipment can be done to a maximum depth of 30 meters.
Participation requirements
- One * diver certificate is required to participate in first aid, altitude diving, wreck diving, underwater photography, underwater videography, peak performance buoyancy, equipment information and maintenance, and a specialty program in oxygen use.
- Two * diver certificate is required to participate in deep diving, night diving, current diving, navigation, search and rescue, enriched air (Nitrox), and cavity diving specialty programs.
- Three * diver certificate is required to participate in introductory diving and tube filling specialty programs.
